Wears Many Hats to Get the Job Done!

With the usual element of surprise, the PEACH Committee entered the Medical Imaging Department meeting and presented the June PEACH award to Frezghi Mengistab. Frezghi has worked in the Medical Imaging Department at Kaiser Santa Rosa for over nine years, and has assumed various roles during that time, from his current role as Lead MRI Technologist, to stepping into department managerial roles during personnel transitions. His co-workers say he has put in many hours helping the department survive and grow. He is courteous and patient with members and employees alike.

Frezghi has helped the Medical Imaging Department through changes such as "going digital" in the x-ray rooms, attaining a multi-slice CT scanner, and re-vamping the technologists work schedule to better fit the evolving needs of the department. His co-workers say Frezghi has a great attitude, and truly deserves the PEACH award!
