Balance Class

Participants will learn and practice exercises that they can do at home to improve balance and strength for getting up out of chairs and for climbing stairs. Each participant is observed by a physical therapist while walking. Additional instruction & practice is given to those who need a cane or walker. Handouts included for improving home safety to reduce the risk of falls. Attire: Clothing suitable to exercise in. Class is 90 minutes.
