Practicing Forgiveness: Tools To Heal Mind, Body, and Spirit

This six-week course, based on the successful Forgive for Good class series, developed by Dr. Fred Luskin of Stanford Medical Center, teaches simple, effective techniques that help you begin to release the burden of unwanted hurts or daily resentments. Forgiveness is a gift to yourself as you learn skills in meditation, relaxation, and gratitude. Learn to examine and refocus thoughts and beliefs. Learn forgiveness exercises to cope with day-to-day job, family and personal stressors, as you enhance feelings of peace in the present. This class is educational in nature. For recent trauma such as assault or abuse, or long-standing situations or relationships that haven't been addressed, you may want to consult with a mental health clinician.
