Preparing for Childbirth Intensive

If you canít attend the five-week Preparing for Childbirth program, this intensive class provides an overview of childbirth and prepares you to manage your labor with confidence. Offered as a 2-session class. You should register for this class before your sixth month of pregnancy and complete the class two weeks before your due date. Bring a couple of pillows or a mat because some of the exercises are performed on the floor. Open to Kaiser Permanente members and to those delivering their babies or receiving clinical/surgical care at Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa Medical Center. Location: Stein Medical Offices, MOB 4
