Preparing for Childbirth Refresher

If you have attended childbirth classes within the last three years and just need a refresher, you and your partner may choose this single session 3-hour class instead of the other Preparing for Childbirth classes. You should register for the class before your sixth month of pregnancy and complete the class two weeks before your due date. Open to Kaiser Permanente members and to those delivering their babies or receiving clinical/surgical care at Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa Medical Center.
