Bio My specialty is general adult medicine and I started at Kaiser Santa Rosa in 2005 after many years in private practice (San Francisco, then the Seattle area) followed by 5 years at the VA Medical Clinic in Santa Rosa. I enjoy helping patients with preventive care, and fitness is a special interst of mine. I enjoy practicing with TPMG (The Permanente Medical Group) because almost everything patients need is right here at Kaiser Santa Rosa. Consultants are readily available. My hobbies are jogging, swimming, bike riding, and knitting, and I hope to have a medical murder mystery published someday.

Interests

People in my life: My husband, Ron, is an attorney who works for the Sonoma County Probate Court. My children and people I care about: My son, Andrew, is a computer nerd who attends UCLA. My daughter, Alyssa, attends UC Davis and plans to major in Medieval Studies.
My pets: Pebbles, a sociable long-haired tabby with a loud purr, and shy Sophia, a beautiful black kitty, both came to us from the Humane Society.
Travel
An adventure I've had: I enjoy travel and have visited England, France, Italy, Scandinavia, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Austria, Russia, and Japan. Favorite place in the world: I have not yet traveled to India or Southeast Asia, but I hope to do so someday.
