Receiving Care Outside Northern California![]() If you're planning to travel outside northern California, please take along your Kaiser Permanente ID card and your Kaiser travel kit. The travel kit explains where and how to get care in other Kaiser Permanente regions. A claim form is included for requesting reimbursement of emergency care or out-of-area urgent care.
