Smoking & Tobacco Cessation Education

Thinking about quitting smoking or other tobacco products? We can help you call it quits... for good. Our tobacco cessation programs will help you understand nicotine addiction and develop a plan to decrease your dependency, deal with triggers and cravings, and start new healthy self-care habits.

We believe quitting smoking is the number one step you can take to improve your health. We check in about smoking at every medical visit and offer assistance to quit to anyone using tobacco products. However, motivation to quit needs to come from within you. So when you start thinking about quitting or are ready to quit, we have a menu of options to meet your needs. We will be active partners with you throughout the quit process. Quitting smoking for good can be done and we are here to help!

Our Instructors

Our instructors have an extensive background in facilitating classes and workshops and working with groups, families, and individuals. Instructors are experienced in teaching the skills needed to quit smoking successfully. Many are former smokers. Our Tobacco Cessation Education Coordinator oversees classes and periodically updates the class content to meet current knowledge and practice.
