Bio
I am a psychologist in the Santa Rosa Department of Adult Psychiatry. I completed my postdoctoral residency in this department in 2002 and was delighted to be hired following this. I very much enjoy working with a dedicated team of mental health professionals here at Santa Rosa. I find the collegial cooperation and expertise to be both stimulating and rewarding for both patients and myself.
My Credentials and Experience
Doctoral Program: California School of Professional Psychology (AKA Alliant University)
Residency: Adult Psychiatry at Santa Rosa
Internship: St. Mary's Medical Center in San Francisco; Sonoma State University Counseling Center; School Counseling at Sacred Heart Elementary School in San Francisco
Undergraduate Program: Dominican University

As a member of the adult clinical team, I provide initial assessments, individual brief psychotherapy, and skill-based, psychotherapy groups. With a background in holistic health, and meditation, I use an integrative treatment approach with my patients, drawing on many different schools of thought. I believe the psychotherapeutic relationship is an integral part of the healing process and invite my patients to become engaged in their own treatment and recovery.
