Bio

I am a Clinical Health Educator. I joined Kaiser in January of 2001 as a Health Ed Assistant in our Employee Wellness Department. In 2003, I became a Clinical Health Educator. In November of 2006, I was promoted to Clinical Health Educator Supervisor and Senior Health Educator (No, not because I am the oldest Health educator... although in reality, I am the oldest, but not necessary the wisest). I have been an active Health Educator for over 25 years.

Over the years I have been involved in family planning and community health education for various organizations. The role of Clinical Health Educator at Kaiser Permanente allows me to spend a significant amount of time educating patients on their overall health and helping patients find the tools they need to make lifestyle changes that will improve their health and well being.
