Medical Imaging
All radiologists in the medical imaging department are board-certified by the American Board of Radiology. Mammography is available at both Santa Rosa and at Rohnert Park sites and is accredited by the American College of Radiology. Multiple radiologists are present each working day, a radiologist comes into the hospital each holiday and weekend day, and radiologists are on-call 24 hours a day, every day of the year. We offer CT, MRI, radionuclide imaging (nuclear medicine), ultrasonography, mammography including stereotactic biopsies of the breast, image-guided biopsies and image-guided catheteric drainages. Our nurse, technologists and radiologists are all well-trained and highly experienced with medical imaging. The medical imaging department includes over a hundred people, including approximately twelve radiologists.
